Can't exit help menu

It is impossible to return from the help menu back to watchbind's regular interface. Quitting completely is still possible. This would probably be fixed once #89 is implemented so the keybindings for the help menu mode are clearly defined.

Actually, the default keybindings do provide a way to exit the help-menu: pressing ? to execute the help-toggle command. However, I think it would be nice to be able to exit the help menu with esc as well, and that would only be possible there are multiple keybinding modes. This will be possible once #89 is implemented, so closing this in favour of that.
