From Epic on Jan 4, 2023...

To meet the reliability requirements for our use cases, we plan to download dependent domain entity data sets to access related information. Can you define the version of the domain entity data sets that you’re using somewhere? For example, we would need to know if the Feb 2023 ClinVar release has new Germline Pathogenicity Statements with new disease entries that are only available in the Feb 2023 version of Medgen.

We want to learn more about this specific use case so that we can be sure to meet these requirements. Let's continue posting the developments here so others can follow. But we will likely have a direct discussion to learn more before replying.
