Fix these issues

1. Fix console error. Always check console for any error before pushing to repo
2. Add Navigation bar in top like this site https://join.angieslist.com/welcome/
3. Title is missing. Always use meta tags
4. Provide link for website and android app-

5. Color of submit button must match with that of nav bar (use decent color and not red).
