why it is not correct? it would be nice to have a more specific description. and a screenshot.
The overview counts extensions, but if different clients have same extension it is not counting. For me this is correct.

By now the latest version is marked as latest in
Classes/Service/DataIntegrity.php:125
But the older Version is not being reseted.
This ends up in multiple latest versions.
The resolution is, first reseting all old latest-flags as:
https://github.com/mxsteini/t3monitoring/commit/dbb9519bedf07e28a877f3d9a29bea10d352f1a8
