Auto Save Form

Auto save all the fields in the form. When the user loads the form next time, all the previously entered values should be auto-populated.

Probably done with HTML5 Local Storage (Why its better than cookies: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_webstorage.asp)

When clear button is pressed, then only all the values should be cleared. But need to emphasize this to users, who use Public / Shared Systems. Any Ideas?
