(dynamic alert thresholds): Integrate smoothed slopes with matrix profile

• Use the smoothed slopes of the matrix profiles and combine them with the matrix profile in some actionable way to improve the signal of an anomaly vs less concrete blips
• Use it as some sort of coefficient (multiplicative) or bias (additive) with the matrix profile
• Need to ensure this works for both batch and streaming case (standardization, calculating slope, thresholds, etc)
