Use Case

In order to get data from the LDS, the power requirements for communication must be known.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN Gen1 or Gen2 LDS and an adjustable power supply
WHEN powering up the LDS communication circuitry
THEN the appropriate voltage will be given to the LDS to provide data
AND the required voltage for each LDS will be documented on a wiki page and linked here.

Dev Notes

It is likely that the Gen1 LDS requires 3v3 and the Gen2 requires 5v given information from @griswaldbrooks.
When testing this, it is likely that the testing path is to hook up a logic analyzer to the TX pin from the LDS and see if it starts streaming data in a "regular" way.
This ticket should not include interpreting data from the LDS for verification.
