Installation of extensions is not possible behind proxy #576

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

VS Code Version: 1.93.1
OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04

Steps to Reproduce:

Download OpenVSCode server binaries from release
Unpack them and navigate to main folder
run e.x ./bin/openvscode-server --install-extension editorconfig.editorconfig
Observe on console such error:

./bin/openvscode-server --install-extension ms-azuretools.vscode-docker
Installing extensions...
Error while installing extensions: self-signed certificate in certificate chain
self-signed certificate in certificate chain
