我需要同步的表有很多子表，不同子表中主键value会重复，聚合到es中会覆盖，我之前通过flink cdc的方式能通过新加一个字段tablename_primary_key作为主键的方式解决，go-mysql-elasticsearch有对应的解决方法嘛
