X-Moto: 0.3.4 -> 0.6.1

I wouldn't feel comfortable submitting a patch, as I don't use GoboLinux, but X-Moto 0.6.1 is out and you're still on 0.3.4 (from 2007). No rush, but just wanted to let you know. The biggest change should be that we're on CMake now instead of Autotools. Also, our license is GPL-2.0-or-later. If you have any questions or run into problems while packaging, feel free to ask in a reply or on xmoto/xmoto's tracker.
