We are looking for Golang Techlead to develop our customer system.

Job description

• Understand non-functional requirements such as performance,
  scalability, security, maintainability and consult Managers to
  create solutions meeting those requirements for a complex
  enterprise application.
• Create a checklist, Review code, support team members.
• Design the software application based on architecture and
  requirements (design packages, design subsystems)
• Write design/implementation documentation.
• Coding, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software.
• Work with members of project teams to make certain
  specifications are satisfied.
• Manage development teams with team size of 10 or bigger, train
  and mentor team members

Job requirement

• Strong experience in Go
• Understanding of popular Go routines and channel patterns
• Extensive knowledge of the Go frameworks and tools
• Godep, Sltr, and other dependency management tools
• The templating language of Go
• Stringer, one of Go's code creation tools
• Knowledge of code versioning technologies such as Git, SVN,
  and Mercurial
  Soft-skills:
• Possible to co-work with the team.
• Good English skills, including the ability to convey information to
  non-technical colleagues concisely and clearly.
• Good at investigating and solving incidents and problem-skill
• Self-motivated and Self-directed.
