IDEA: Add an game maker

The game maker will include the following:
Block maker: people can use this to make their own blocks with their own behaviors.
Level maker: this is self-explanatory.
Objective definer: again, this is self-explanatory.
Sprite maker: once again, this is self-explanatory.
