Cell output scrollbar is hard to click

When output of a cell is large, then is hard to switch between overall notebook scrollbar and the scrollbar of cell output. It's frustrating when I want to use cell output scrollbar and then sometimes without my intention is used the notebook one.

In attached image you can see how close to each other are these scrollbars.
