[Feature Request]: the grafana_folder_permission_item (Resource) page is in the wrong location #1771

Feature Request

The grafana_folder_permission_item (Resource) page is not a feature of Grafana OSS, but only of Grafana Cloud or Grafana Enterprise, but it is located in the sublevel of the Grafana OSS link.
