Click on date input always moves cursor to beginning

Doesn't the focus get set to DD/YYYY if you click on DD/YYYY?

Doesn't the focus get set to DD/YYYY if you click on DD/YYYY?

If i click DD/MM/YYYY its got focus,
but if i click in empty space after YYYY, i'm waiting for focus at YYYY, but DD got focus
