I'm so, so sorry for creating this combo.
If you have Mirror's Gaze in play, when your opponent plays Trading on the Sand Road you can activate Mirror's Gaze to repeat the action, drawing an additional 4 cards to the out of play area which should be playable by each player. At this point, however, Jigoku does not allow the additional 4 cards to be played.
