You just need to add the directory where the executables are in the PATH before calling configure

I need to compile this module in redhat8 and the apache that we are using is not the one that is included, we have compiled it too.
when executing the ./configure script I get an error saying it can't find apache/apache2/httpd
Looking in the options of the ./configure script I don't see one to specify the apache path. I've been able to "fix" it by specifying the "APACHE" variable within the script but it doesn't seem elegant to me.
I see configure options for APR but not for APACHE itself
