not compatible with ruby-2.3.3 and Rails 5.0.0.1 #172

as title says, ruby-2.3.0 works fine, but under 2.3.3.

livereload always feel out of new ruby's element.

For developement purpose you can use a "install-ruby-from-source-as-non-root-user-script".
