Description
The hero is the top section on the home page that includes the image, intro text, join now button, and learn more button

Acceptance Criteria
Hero follows correct styling as shown in Figma. Buttons do not need to be functional yet.

Steps:

Create frontend design for hero
Remember to use a separate branch when working.
