Sorting Volunteer table

Volunteer table on admin view does not sort well. We cannot figure out what metric it is using to sort. Please see if you can understand what the table sorts by and see if you can make this more comprehensible for the admins. (ie maybe sort by just first name, or first letter of full name or something that makes more sense than the current setup)

Also see if you can implement a search feature.
