134 - Admins unable to change driver pin

Describe the bug
On the Admin page, modifying any driver info under the 'Volunteers' section doesn't work; the old info is retained after clicking update. This happens inconsistently; may be related to two people being logged into the same admin account at the same time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to admin home page
2. Click on 'Volunteers'
3. Click on a volunteer and try changing their attributes
4. Close out and see that the info has not been changed.

Expected behavior
After updating a driver, their information should be correctly changed.
