Hal Seki, a distinguished geolocation service developer with over two decades of experience, has been making significant contributions to the field of geospatial technology since 2002. As the founder of Code for Japan, Hal has established one of the largest civic tech communities in the country, actively fostering innovation and collaboration in addressing social issues.

In 2021, Hal expanded his professional portfolio by joining the Digital Agency as a Senior Expert in civic tech.
