Remaining Open Questions

• Add Round Header to Block image

• Jasper's question about round judges
• Jasper's question about first transaction consensus time (This may be answered, effectively, as it's implemented in services code).
• Possibility to remove exchange rate from the TransactionResult message
• Document final decision and reasoning for keeping TransferList.
• Final decision (Richard and Jasper) on whether to add an open string error message or use a sub-code (defined on a per-response-code basis). Note, there is an extensive comment discussion, but it's lost in the Notion edits.
• Resolve request to possibly rename EthereumOutput
• Resolve the open design question about splitting accounts
  • Note, this is a major item, and not one we can reasonably change after Block Streams are in mainnet.
  • Additional detail in comments.
• Have Michael Tinker validate the block hash calculation and resolve the todo as requested in this comment

Follow up tasks

• Create a marketing/communications plan for pre-release including preview release information and developer-specific information.
• Document the plan for writing block stream to buckets and possibly move to "how to teach" or a separate document
• Create and manage a task to document redaction and errata using FilteredBlockItem
• Create and manage a task to document the algorithm for translating states into a merkle tree
• Include as many "rejected" ideas as possible in the rejected ideas section
• Resolve any remaining open issues and move inline questions into open issues for visibility and transparency.
• Clean up and complete the links section

Note: Tasklist not used because it has a short line limit, which fails on notion links
