Docker image format is out-of-date

We have been using this docker proftpd image in CI as a convenient FTP server to test against.

Recently the pull of the image from docker is giving:

 docker pull hauptmedia/proftpd:latest
latest: Pulling from hauptmedia/proftpd

The image was published "a long time" ago. Is there any chance to re-publish it in the updated format?
