Add support for LUSD

LUSD (Liquity) is a completely decentralized, unfreezable stablecoin that has been around for years. It would offer a viable alternative to Tether (which can be frozen at any time). They are working on a V2 as well right now but the V1 smartcontract will remain usable forever. We have a chance here to really help support something that respects and honors the values of the monero community. Tether is important, but it doesn't have to be the only stablecoin option.

A decentralized stablecoin would not be bad, but this is not an issue but an asset request.
LUSD was asked in the right place 2 years ago.
You can submit a PR or collect bounty's. Maybe a dev will be interested in integrating it.
