Display Zoom Hides Transfer Hotspot Option

A user with an iPhone 8 reported that he could not access the Transfer Hotspot option, sharing this screenshot:

I suggested disabling the system-wide zoom setting at Settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom, and the user confirmed that that fixed the issue.

For users with that zoom setting enabled, such as for accessibility reasons, the app should properly handle that, such as by making that section scrollable.
