[UI/UX] Add text where to find info about connected Radios

Problem: Information about speed tests, heartbeats, SAS access, etc is not available in the app. Users should be directed to the Explorer or Local Dashboard to find such info.

Solution: For 5G-capable Hotspots (FreedomFi, Bobcat 5G), add info only text on the main screen: "To view information about connected Radios, please visit the Explorer or Local Dashboard."
