Describe the bug
Initial updating the assert location for a data-only hotspot fails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Hotspot detail'
  2. Click on 'Manage'
  3. Click on 'Assert Location'
  4. Select hotspot position in map
  5. Click on 'Assert Location'
  6. Click on 'IoT'
  7. Click on 'Assert Location'
  8. Confirm transaction fees

The I get the message in red: Update metadata request failed: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'publicKey')

Expected behavior
A updated / set location of the Helium hotspot
