Inconsistent keybind: local search autofills with <tab>, but global search autofills with <enter>

Reproduction Steps

I tried this:

1. hx .
2. search for something to create the suggestion
3. open local search /. with empty search, <tab> completes the gray suggestion but <enter> does nothing (exits).
4. open global search <space>/. with empty search, <tab> does nothing and <enter> completes the gray suggestion.

I expected this to happen:

both have similar fill method.

Instead, this happened.
