popup screens cant click on certain buttons

varios, server 2016, 2019, hyperv 2019

Steps to reproduce

simple one goto help> about > then you cant click on close button this happens across various popups, like right click and clear log, you cannot click on yes or no, but you can check the box and the red X at the top to close the windows works fine.. weird issues, and its not all servers that have this issue...

Expected behavior

shoild allow you to click buttons

Actual behavior

nothing doesnt do a thing if you click

still an issue on some machines, any idea what can cause this ?
