Make BNS names in all namespaces findable through search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is possible to search for .btc names on the explorer. Which is a great way to find the related stacks address and its balances. Other namespaces are currently not supported, which makes it harder to find the Stacks address that holds it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Searching for names in other namespaces such as .stx or .id should also be supported by the search index. I'd love to see all the namespaces supported. Could you also automate adding support for new namespaces as they are registered/launched via the BNS(v2) contract?
