Create a proxy module to be integrated with tiberium #16

Must create a nginx like proxy server to be used together with the tiberium project for redirection.

The poxy module should be able to:

Maintain persistent connections with the remote host (to avoid re-connection)
Maintain cache for internal operation
Avoid segmentation fault like problems (promiscuous development)
