Describe the bug
Can not run on MacOS <= 12. But the filename 'CopyQ-macos-10.dmg.zip' in release suggests that it should work on MacOS >10.

To Reproduce
If I open it with terminal, it shows "Sorry, "CopyQ" cannot be run on this version of macOS. Qt requires macOS 13.0.0 or later, you have macOS 12.7.6." However, Copyq 9.0.0 can still run on MacOS 12.

This is probably because I had to use newer GitHub runner: macos-13 instead of macos-12. The Qt Homebrew package was no longer supported by the older version (https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/184822/files#diff-bd5196f9411411fe754230cd400872eebe09013d6b5fc98294b9e26132d4f8b6).
