There have been instances of people selecting the wrong GRiD server instance URL, so when the toolbox is loaded, the toolbox should attempt to verify if a server can be reached or not. If it cannot be reached, it should be removed from the drop down menu.

Would you grey it out or outright remove it? It would be helpful to ✅ the active and available one in some way so the user knows that it is available and they can connect to it.

It's a textbox so someone could paste it back in or reload the app I suppose if it was unavailable for a network outage.

I'm team gray-out if feasible, but the "combo box" thats shown in the UI is pretty janky, I'd be surprised if arcpy gave me a way to toggle a "disabled" state for one of the options, but I agree that should be the first try
