Description

Generates tissue data and uses technologies to produce data from physical samples. The primary goal is to use various technologies to generate data from tissue samples to be used by others for purposes such as diagnosis, building models, etc.

Needs/Wants

• Need to have access to data in order to test or validate processes and methods used in the lab.
• Need to have access to standards and protocols in order to produce data that Data Providers can then submit to HuBMAP in a usable format that follows stringent scientific process.
• Need to download data in a usable format in order to use with local data for the purpose of securing grants or publication.
