Description

Consumes data by comparing, analyzing, and visualizing digitized samples at a computer or similar device. Uses data to learn more about the human body, from generating hypotheses about behavioral interactions between cells to diagnosis.

Needs/Wants

• Need to easily find normal tissue or cellular data to compare against local samples.
• Need to easily download data for use in local tools for analysis or to use HuBMAP’s analysis tools.
• Need to work with the data to generate hypotheses for scientific research to meet grant requirements or for publication.
• Need 3D models and 2D samples to understand cellular level interactions.
• Need to be able to enable/disable technologies used on samples to see cell interactions and structures.
