Only 1 of 2 inverters appearing

I've recently had an installation of two Solis inverters and I'm keen to get the data into HA. Unfortunately, while one of the two inverters appears in HA, the second one does not. I was wondering whether anyone has had this in the past and have found a way to get the second inverter to appear?

I have tried the following multiple times, to try and see if that makes the inverter appear

• Deleted the integration
• Restarted
• Ensured the old Devices/Entities are gone
• Reloaded the integration

In case it helps, I've installed using HACS and my HA version details are:
Home Assistant 2022.11.4
Supervisor 2022.10.2
Operating System 9.3
Frontend 20221108.0 - latest

Ok, so it looks like I restarted HA but I didn't "restart" HA. I was doing the restart through the developer items rather than through the System menu.

After restarting through the System menu the second inverter showed up.
