Wayland users (and thus Xwayland) need to employ compositor-specific configuration to pass the +byteswappedclients flag to Xwayland. At the time of writing, Wayland compositors do not yet provide such a configuration.
My use case is that I'm using https://github.com/moaxcp/x11, which is probably using big endian due to Java. This causes an Failed to connect to X11 server. Prohibited client endianess, see the Xserver man page error when using Hyprland.
