The idigbio-ingestion-update-publisher-recordset.service service currently runs this command:

/usr/local/bin/idigbio-ingestion --journal -v update-publisher-recordset

There is currently no way to update / parse a single RSS feed from the cli.

This would be convenient when adding new publishers so the iteration cycle is shorter... add the new publisher, process the new RSS feed... rather than having to restart the service and process all RSS feeds.
