i did not deleted account here's what i did
copied app names to clipboard using accounts app they provided freeze them by hail run the ADB cmd they provided using ashell which they provided rr started unfreeze apps done

And use work mode to disable apps

I also had this problem and I could only activate it using working mode as disable do not freeze.
