Not working 1.3.12

I try install, but not work.

I couldn't get 0.4 to work in Deluge 1.3.12 but 0.3.2 works fine:

Confirmed, does not works.
qBittorrent has those stats/graphics included by default, I'll change the client I use. I like having stats/graphics.

@Noiwex I just made a release. The owner of this repository is free to make a release of the plugin on their own but for now I have one on mine that works for me.

I made no code changes, I simply generated the necessary .egg file

This version - Stats-0.4.0-py2.7.egg works for me for Deluge 1.3.15 .
