Double admin notice when used as MU plugin

Again, thanks for this very cool framework.
I'm experiencing a small issue when using the framework within a MU plugin. When I save the options, I get the admin notice twice.
Tried to move the plugin to the /plugins directory and that work flawlessly. So I guess, there is something to do with the way the plugin is loaded in the MU dir.?
