Proposed ID for tools + query re paper

Hi folks

In bio.tools we're assigning IDs to software. The IDs provide a unique, persistent (and hopefully one day impactful) way to cite software, so they might see use in publications. Of course I'm trying to follow the good guidelines :)

Where can I provide information about the proposed prefix?

And what's the status re the publication of the article? So much work went into it!
