The Simbench data moved to Uni Kassels DaKS | Forschungsdatenrepositorium. Each data set has now an uuid to identify which is unfortunately part of the download path.

create dict from SimBench Code to uuid
Fix downloader using the dict to create download link to make simBench2psdm working again

They have a file called simbench_datalinks.csv at their homepage which maps simbench codes to download links
