Complex anomaly detection should be based on roles.

If a role like JVMMRAPP is missing then the join fails and returns empty merged df.
This way we can guarantee a good functioning anomaly detection.

Remove JVMMRAPP from cluster get and add separately, even to query. In case it is empty it should not effect others.
