tomu_flash.conf should wipe the device #28

The tomu_flash.conf only flashes the new bootloader. It should clear any application on the board first, then load the new bootloader.

At the moment, I believe that it also writes the blinky application to the device. no it doesn't we were just misunderstanding stuff,

However, I think it'd be more useful to let the application remain and just update the bootloader, assuming there aren't any major API breakages. shrug
