Can't signup via GitHub

In Atom I open the task board for my project. It shows me all lanes and their assigned tasks. It also asks me to login into my imdone account. I'm not using Email and password for login but Github's OAuth functionality. So, I'm already signed up for it but now I want to login. When I click the button "Sign up with Github" it opens a Safari browser window and directly logs me in to imdone. But in Atom I'm still not logged in. Is there something wrong in the way I'm doing it?

I'm currently working on a service that integrates your TODOs when you push to github. Once complete, I'm planning to remove the integration from imdone-atom. Would this work better for you?

Looks like imdone.io doesn't ask for a password after oauth. Working on that next.
