Font on Windows 10 and Office 2016 #31

We've downloaded v4020 and installed on various Windows 10 machines. In Office 2016, the font doesn't show as a "family" ... it shows each one individually.

See the following screenshot:

How can I fix this? Is it something simple? Is it a windows problem maybe?
