Who is this board for?

We've opened up Discussions on GiveWP as a way of providing help to other developers. If you are a developer trying to extend GiveWP programmatically or integrate with it in some way you're in the right place!

What is the board NOT for?

• Product Support — please reach out to our excellent Support Team for support
• Custom Code — we are not going to write code for you to customize GiveWP. Please hire a developer to provide customization

How should I ask my question?

• Please be thorough in your question. Vague questions will receive vague answers.
• Provide code that you've tried already.
• Explain what has and has not worked.
• Be polite. We're more motivated to help friendly people.
• Be patient. This is new means of help we're testing out and it's asking our devs to go above and beyond their normal work.

What are response times?

Unlike or normal support channel, we do not guarantee a timeframe for response. We want to help, we really do, but we're also busy trying to make GiveWP amazing. We also want to make sure the best dev answers your question to give you the most helpful guidance. So please ask, bear with us, and we'll help when we can.
