Add support for i.MX RT1050

Hi I'm working towards adding support for the i.MX RT1050 family, and I thought I'll create an issue for tracking progress and discussion.

• imxrt-boot-gen (Add imxrt1050 support imxrt-boot-gen#12)
• imxrt-ral (Existing support)
• imxrt-rt (Existing support)
• imxrt-iomuxc (Add support for i.MX RT1050 imxrt-iomuxc#43)
• imxrt-hal (Add support for i.MX RT1050 #151)

Can you please review :) Let me know if I need to change anything.

Thanks for adding support for the 1050. imxrt-boot-gen 0.3.2 is released with your contributions.

I'll review -iomuxc changes next, then finish with -hal. But heads up: I'm focusing on other projects right now, so I appreciate your patience.

I kicked off CI workflows on the two remaining PRs. You might be able to enable these CI workflows on your forks to get faster signal. Sorry, not sure what's going on with the troublesome CI builds on the remaining PRs.
